Cancellation Policy:

All orders can be cancelled before delivery. To cancel an order the Customer needs to notify us either by phone 8002220 or email (Subscriptions@tawzea.ae).

Refund / Return /Replacement Policy:

Register your concern/complaint through Customer Care (8002220) or through the link on the Website. Complaints shall be taken cared by the Company’s experts on case on case basis. Customer should provide their name, address, contact number, Order number, and the reason for returning the Product and request for refund or replacement in the form provided and shall be forwarded to the Customer care.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

TAWZEA will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
